Donald Trump will be reshaping the courts for decades to come and the Democrats cannot solve this problem by their own. No legislative solution exists where the Democrats can, by themselves, prevent an extreme right wing shift to the courts.

Here on Liberal Dan Radio and in other places, people tried to warn you. The Supreme Court was the most important issue facing this country in the 2016 elections. However, people were fooled into thinking other things were more important.

In this episode I will review the changes to this country that have taken place already since the last broadcast and talk about where we go from here.
